Usage Tips

• Use 1/2 tsp. in applesauce cake and 1/4 tsp. in gingerbread.
• Add to baked beans, cranberry relish, sauerbraten and chili sauce.
• Use in plum pudding, cookies, spiced nuts, stewed fruits and dessert sauces.

Golden Clove Ham Glaze
MIX 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. water and 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves. BRUSH on ham during last 1/2 hour of baking.
