  • 1 cup finely chopped papaya
  • 1 cup finely chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped chayote
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons aji amarillo paste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover.

  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
