  • 1 large red bell pepper, roasted, peeled and seeded
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Caraway Seed, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Coriander Seed Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place all ingredients in blender or food processor; cover. Blend or process on high speed until almost smooth.
  • 2 Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
