Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 package oven roasted limited edition brussels sprouts seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Seasoning Mix, vinegar and oil in large bowl. Add Brussels sprouts; toss to coat well.
  • 2 Spread Brussels sprouts in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  • 3 Roast 30 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are browned and tender, turning halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with bacon.
