INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 To serve cold, combine zucchini noodles, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots and pesto in large bowl. Stir until everything is well combined. Fold tuna into the salad. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • 2 To serve hot, heat pan on medium-high heat. Add oil, then add zucchini noodles, carrots and tomatoes. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from heat. Add pesto and fold in the tuna. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
