INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker.
  • 2 Stir in sauce. Mix to coat well. Cover.
  • 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 to 5 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving.
  • 4 Electric Pressure Cooker Method: Place sauce in pot of electric pressure cooker. Add roast and vegetables; stirring to coat. Cover and lock lid into place. Set to cook 60 minutes on high pressure. Vent pot and release pressure before opening and carefully remove lid. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating instructions.) Stir before serving.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Slow Cooker Tip:  For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
