Ingredients 4 (1-cup) Servings

  • 1 cup Kitchen Basics® Original Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 4 cups small broccoli florets

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix bone broth, marmalade, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and ginger in small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  • 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef in batches and stir fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink, adding additional oil as needed. Remove beef from skillet. Add broccoli to skillet; stir fry 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet.
  • 3 Stir bone broth mixture. Add to skillet while stirring constantly. Bring to boil on medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
