Mix bone broth, marmalade, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and ginger in small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef in batches and stir fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink, adding additional oil as needed. Remove beef from skillet. Add broccoli to skillet; stir fry 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet.
Stir bone broth mixture. Add to skillet while stirring constantly. Bring to boil on medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
