• Add 1 teaspoon to marinade for 1 pound fish or use in 4 cups chowder.
• Use 2 tablespoons per quart to make dill pickles or add 1/2 teaspoon to water when cooking potatoes, cauliflower or green beans.
• Add to potato salad or coleslaw.
This product has no significant nutritional value.
I would love to be able to find larger size bottles of this during the time for pickling but no stores seem to carry any.
