Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix coconut, sweetened condensed milk and almond flavor in large bowl. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Immediately remove from baking sheets to wire racks; cool completely.
These are fantastic! I love that there are only 3 ingredients and when you spoon drop them on the baking sheet they have a rustic look. They come out so sweet and caramelize, super delicious. They were a hit with family and friends!
