Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package McCormick® Cheesy Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
  • 1 can (4 1/2 ounces) chopped green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and milk. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 Spread cream cheese in shallow baking dish. Layer with refried beans, meat mixture, green chiles and cheese.
  • 3 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips.
