Slow-Cooker Spiked Cinnamon Lattes

Slow-Cooker Spiked Cinnamon Lattes

PureWow

What the heck is the point of a Crock-Pot cocktail? (Aside from the fact that you don’t have to stand over the stove?) Glad you asked. When you make these slow-cooker spiked cinnamon lattes, you can leave the boozy brew in your slow cooker on the low setting and it’ll stay warm for hours. So when you’re throwing a party, there’s no need to worry that your wintry sipper is cooling down. Now who wants seconds?

3 cups brewed espresso (or strong coffee)

4 cups whole milk

½ cup maple syrup

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, plus more for finishing

7 ounces vanilla vodka

7 ounces Kahlúa

Whipped cream, for finishing

1. In a large slow cooker, mix together the espresso, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

2. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 3 hours. Mix in the vanilla vodka and Kahlúa.

3. To serve, ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
