Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with no stick cooking spray. Add carrots and melted butter; toss to coat. Cover.
Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and salt in small bowl until well blended. Toss cooked carrots with brown sugar mixture in slow cooker just before serving.
I'll be making these tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Obviously anonymous only reads the pictures.

I actually doubled the recipe and took this to a Christmas party last night. Everyone loved them including my four children...there were hardly any left.

I thought these were hot dogs... Disappointed none the less. They were really crunchy hot dogs though

Lots of sticking to the bottom of the crockpot, the butter burned quickly.
