IS a great addition to a lot of foods. Unfortunately, there is not ONE store w/i 25 miles that carries it. They all carry the Celery Salt or Seeds. Both are, for the most part, a failure when cooking. Salt gets added in different degrees than the Celery Flakes...the Seeds are usually a bit hard/tough---depending on the recipe and cooking time. One of these days, I'll find a store that actually carries the 'flakes'....and the unit costs LESS then the gas I had to burn to FIND it. firstname.lastname@example.org
