Place strawberries in blender container; cover. Process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients to blender; cover. Process until just mixed.
Pour into clean containers or jars, leaving 1/2-inch space at top for expansion if freezing. Tightly cover containers or jars. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or in freezer up to 1 year.
