Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning, tossing to coat. Arrange potatoes in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender skin is slightly crispy. Allow potatoes to cool slightly.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop flesh from each half, leaving a thin layer attached to skins. Mash potato flesh in medium bowl. Stir in cheese, bacon, sour cream and remaining 1 teaspoon of the Seasoning. Spoon mixture into potato skins.

Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with green onions, sour cream and additional Seasoning, if desired.
