- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chickpeas; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes.
- Melt butter in same skillet. Add Seasoning Mix and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked basmati rice, if desired.
