Remove cap. Turn upside down and twist. Disposable - Do Not Refill
SEA SALT Older bottles contained yellow prussiate of soda (an anti-caking agent). It was removed approximately Jan 2006.
Contrary to popular belief the salt grinder DOES adjust. However I can see where people may be confused on the issue. The actual SIZE of the salt that comes out of the grinder is what varies rather than the quantity of salt dispensed. The salt is of good quality and packaged nicely. The only reason this salt does not get 5 stars is because it does not provide the necessary nutrient iodine. Ps ignore Lisa's review

Absolutely NOT adjustable. Cannot Pinch to adjust. Unfortunately it isn't just the sea salt grinder it is the Black Peppercorn as well. The ability to adjust these does not exist.

I was using your product (which IS GREAT by the way) the other day and on the side of the bottle, there is a warning label. It says, and I quote, "Do not use if shrink wrap is missing"..... Does this mean that as soon as I purchase the product (with the shrink wrap installed) and take it home, remove the shrink wrap at home, then I can NO LONGER use the product and I should simply throw it away?! I mean, WHO REALLY WRITES THESE warnings for YOU? Someone in China? PLEASE look at that ridiculous and totally unrealistic warning and either remove it---or change the wording. THANK YOU.

Lisa, get over yourself. They've managed to integrate a GRINDER into their disposable packaging. Sorry about your first world problems.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Absolutely NOT adjustable. Pinch and turn my ... well you know what. Unfortunately it isn't just the sea salt grinder it is the Black Peppercorn as well. The ability to adjust these does not exist.

So sorry you're finding our Grinders hard to adjust, Lisa. Instead of pinching, try using your thumb and forefinger to glide the tabs to your preferred grind size. Hope this helps! ~Leslie
