I use not only for tea and other cooking, but I often boil it in water to add a delightful fragrance to our home. I am the queen of cinnamon and use it daily.

The flavor is wonderful but I've been told this cinnamon is made from cassia and not a true cinnamon (Ceylon). Cassia is known to cause liver damage. (Liver toxicity)
