- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, well drained
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper Grinder, finely ground
- 2 tablespoons Cholula® Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh Asiago cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Bring cream to simmer in small heavy bottom saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook until reduced to about 3/4 cup.
- 2 Whisk in horseradish, black pepper, hot sauce and cheese until well blended and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Transfer to airtight container. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
- 3 Reheat in small saucepan on stovetop, stirring frequently. Serve over grilled steak.
