  • 1 package McCormick® Beef & Broccoli Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked lo mein noodles - Substitutescooked spaghetti or linguini

Instructions

  1. Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in bowl. Set aside. 
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; stir-fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add broccoli; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp.   
  3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat. Return beef to skillet along with the noodles. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
