Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
Stir in wine, Parmesan cheese and seasonings until shrimp are well coated.
Serve with cooked rice and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
Quick, easy and delicious! After work, it was great putting together a healthy meal in less than 20 minutes. Served it with a simple jasmine rice and green beans. Definitely making it again!

It was a very quick and easy meal to make. Everyone enjoyed it. Also looked like a meal you would get in a restaurant. Made rice and saute veggies with our meal.
