Pour milk into large bowl. Stir in food color. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Layer crushed cookies and pudding mixture in 3-quart bowl, beginning and ending with crushed cookies.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired with shamrock candies.
I made this recipe last year for dessert to compliment our Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner. It was a huge success. I did change it up by using Mint Flavored Oreos. It was delicious!

This is the easiest and best dessert recipe I ever made. This year for St. Paddy's. It was so good the neighbor's son just came over and asked me I could make him a bowl. Don't change a thing this recipe ROCKS

Paddy's Pudding, I fixed for St Patrick's Day a couple of years ago. SO YUMMY!! My whole enjoyed this dessert. It was gone in seconds tops.

I made this recipe for a St Paddy's party and this was a hit! This recipe is so good and every inch of this dessert was gone! The only thing is I had to mention people that this was not mint because of the green food coloring.
