Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickle brine, and sugar in small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Divide ground beef into 6 (3.5-ounce) portions and roll into balls. Place between parchment paper and flatten into thin patties. Season generously with Seasoning.
- Heat a griddle or flat top grill over medium-high heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray. Place patties onto the hot flat top grill. Sprinkle other side of the patties evenly with Seasoning.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until crust forms on bottom of patties. Flip and top each patty with American cheese. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
- To assemble, place a large iceberg lettuce leaf on a flat surface and spread with burger sauce. Add tomato slices, onion, pickles and chopped chilies, if desired. Lightly season tomato slices with additional Seasoning.
- Stack two patties on top, wrap tightly in lettuce, then wrap in foil or parchment. Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
