- Heat milk in small saucepan on medium heat until steaming. Do not allow to boil.
- Add white chocolate chips to saucepan, whisking until completely melted and smooth. Stir in Butterbeer Flavor and salt. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with Butterbeer Finishing Sugar.
