Grilled Ribeye with Cowboy Butter

- Lightly coat steaks with oil. Season heavy on all sides with the Seasoning. Let stand 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat one side of the grill to about 450 to 500°F. Two-zone fire for grill (hot side + cool side).
- Place steaks directly over hot side of grill. Sear 2 to 3 minutes per side until crust forms.
- Move to cool side of grill. Cook until internal temperature hits: 120-125°F for rare, 130-135°F for medium rare, or 140°F for medium.
- Meanwhile, for the Cowboy Butter mix all ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Top steaks with cowboy butter to serve.
