- Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon, reserving oil in skillet; set aside. Add kimchi and onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until onion is softened.
- Add oil, rice, Seasoning Mix and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes. Return bacon to skillet. Stir-fry 1 minute longer or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with green onion. Serve with extra kimchi and top with a fried egg, if desired.
