Instructions
- Remove the thin membrane from underside of ribs.Season ribs all over with Seasoning. Allow ribs to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before grilling.
- Heat smoker to 250°F as directed by manufacturer’s instructions. Place ribs on smoker, meaty side up. Smoke 3 hours.
- Remove ribs from smoker and place ribs on a large piece of heavy-duty foil, allowing enough room to fold up and over the ribs. Place butter on the foil and sprinkle of Seasoning. Place your ribs meat side down on the butter and wrap up tight.
- Return wrapped ribs to the smoker. Smoke 45 minutes longer or until internal temperature reaches 208°F. Remove ribs from smoker and open the foil to allow the steam to release out. Wrap the ribs back up and place them in a turned off oven and allow them to rest for an hour.
- After the ribs have rested, unwrap them and place them back on the smoker with another layer of Seasoning and allow to smoke for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the ribs from smoker, slice them up and enjoy!
