- 2/3 cup water
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Blueberry Extract, divided
- 1/2 cup pancake syrup
- Butter, to serve

- Prepare pancake batter as directed on package, stirring in 1 1/2 teaspoons (7 ml) of the Blueberry Extract (do not over-mix). Let stand 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix syrup and remaining 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) Blueberry Extract in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat lightly greased griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour scant 1/4-cups (60 ml) of batter onto pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles begin to form on top of the pancakes. Flip pancakes. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until golden brown. Remove from griddle; keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve pancakes with butter and blueberry syrup.
