Glaze Variations:For the variations below, dissolve the designated amount of the Color from Nature™ Food Colors with water in medium bowl. Stir in any remaining ingredients until smooth, adding additional water if needed for a flowable consistency. Use icing soon after preparing. Do not refrigerate icing, as it will begin to harden.
To ice and decorate cookies, fill a clear disposable pastry bag with desired colored icing. Snip off a tiny piece from the bottom of the bag. Squeeze icing through hole in pastry bag to create an outline around the cookie and to fill in the center of the cookie. Use a toothpick to smooth out the icing in the center of the cookie completely. Let icing dry before decorating with additional colors. Place decorated cookies on wire rack until icing is completely dry.
