Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix smoked paprika, salt and pepper in small bowl. Toss potatoes and onions with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture; toss to coat well.
Spread in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Not sure why Pam gave it 1 star if she liked the recipe. I always sprinkle my roasted potatoes with smoked paprika for flavor as well as color.

Who doesn't like potatoes for brunch..this is an easy side to make for breakfast. I have to watch my cholesterol so this is a great choice for a side for my company brunches.
