INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in 5-quart Dutch oven or large wide saucepot on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions begin to brown. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute
  • 2 Stir in seasonings; cook and 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add beef; cook and stir 7 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink
  • 3 Stir in tomato, tomato paste and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes

TIPS AND TRICKS

Serving Suggestion: Serve Beef Vindaloo with steamed basmati rice and Mango and Mint Chutney to cool the heat.
