- Place pork in slow cooker. Whisk Seasoning, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and ground mustard in small bowl until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.
- Cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW. Remove pork from slow cooker.
- Shred pork using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker, mix and heat with sauce before serving. Serve on slider rolls topped with slaw and any remaining sauce from slow cooker.
Test Kitchen Tip: Make this recipe using your smoker instead! Prepare sauce mixture as directed in Step 1. Prepare your smoker according to manufacturer's instructions and preheat to 250°F. Place pork in large foil pan. Brush with sauce mixture, coating on all sides. Place pan on smoker rack and smoke until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Remove pork from smoker and cover pan with foil. Smoke until internal temperature reaches 190°F. Let pork rest 30 minutes before shredding. Serve on slider rolls topped with slaw and any remaining sauce from pan.
