  • 1 pound boneless ribeye steak, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons McCormick® GRILL MATES® Cracked Peppercorn & Worcestershire Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Coat steak on all sides with Seasoning. Let stand 5 minutes at room temperature. 
  2. Grill over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
