Instructions
- Mix butter and 3 tablespoons Seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Thread steak onto skewers, alternating with mushrooms and onion pieces.
- Grill skewers over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved seasoned butter the last 2 minutes of grilling. Remove skewers from grill. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning over skewers.
Test Kitchen Tips:
- If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water for at least 30 minutes before threading with meat. This prevents them from burning when on the grill.
- If whole mushrooms are too large, cut in half or quarter them.
