  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons McCormick® GRILL MATES® Bourbon & Oak Seasoning, divided
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick) - Substitutesboneless pork chops

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning and honey in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Season pork chops with remaining 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning.   
  3. Grill pork chops over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with glaze during last 2 minutes of grilling (internal temperature should reach 145°F). Sprinkle with additional Seasoning to serve, if desired.
