  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 4 teaspoons McCormick® GRILL MATES® Bourbon & Oak Seasoning, divided
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, split lengthwise
  • 2 pounds heirloom tomatoes, cut into thin wedges or chunks
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard and 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning in bowl until well blended. Set aside. 
  2. Grill bread over medium to medium-high heat for 2 to 4 minutes or until charred, turning frequently. Cut into 1-inch cubes. 
  3. Place tomatoes and charred bread in large bowl. Toss with remaining 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning. Drizzle with vinegar mixture. Top with feta cheese and basil. Serve immediately.
