- 1 pound chicken breast tenders
- 1 pound uncooked pasta, such as rotini
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Roasted Garlic
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in single layer on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with uncooked pasta and cream cheese. Mix milk, sour cream, flour, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and spices in bowl until well mixed. Pour into baking dish over pasta. Top with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes.
- 2 Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
