  • 1 can (15.5 ounces) cannellini beans (white kidney beans), drained and mashed
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 package McCormick® White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients, except Monterey Jack cheese, in large bowl until well blended.

  • Spread bean mixture in glass pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese.

  • Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with additional sliced jalapeño peppers, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
