  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package. Transfer hot potatoes to large bowl. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture into 2-quart or 8x8-inch baking dish. 
  2. Mix Seasoning Mix with melted butter in small bowl until well blendedSprinkle evenly over potatoes. 
  3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and topping is lightly browned. Sprinkle with green onions.

Use to make Crispy Cheddar Fried Onion Chicken Tenders. Prepare according to package directions, swapping in 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken tenderloins in place of chicken breast. Arrange on foil lined pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until coating is crispy and chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 160°F).
