For the Apple Pie Vinaigrette, mix apple cider, vinegar, brown sugar and apple pie spice in small bowl with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, whisking until well blended.
For the Salad, cover apple slices with cold water. Add lemon juice. Let stand until ready to serve. Toss lettuce, drained apples, cheese and cranberries in large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss lightly. Divide among salad plates. Sprinkle with glazed walnuts.
