Place one fish fillet in center of each sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Season with sea salt and pepper, if desired. Top each fillet with 1 tablespoon Savory Herb Butter. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
Grill over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
healthy way to cook your tilapia. I added a little of the McCormick Seafood rub to it, to add a little kick to it. Turned out great

Delicious and easy. We had a bag of frozen, individually sealed tilapia filets and I wanted to try something different than what we'd been doing (pan frying). We set the grill on medium rather than medium-high and the fish was perfectly cooked after about 12-13 minutes. This recipe is definitely a keeper! I can't wait to try different spice combinations when making the herb butter!
