Ingredients
- 1/4 cup amaretto
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Maple Extract With Other Natural Flavors

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Fill cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice. Add all ingredients; shake until well mixed and chilled.
- 2 Strain into a martini glass. Serve immediately.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Test Kitchen Tip : Use store-bought amaretto or prepare your own Homemade Amaretto.
Simple Syrup: Microwave 1/2 cup each sugar and water in microwavable measuring cup 1 minute. Stir to dissolve sugar. Cool before using. Makes enough Simple Syrup to prepare 6 cocktails.
