- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Naturally Flavored English Toffee Finishing Sugar
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- For the Donuts, preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with no stick cooking spray.
- Whisk flour, English Toffee Sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Whisk buttermilk, butter and eggs in separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
- For the Coating, mix English Toffee Sugar and granulated sugar in bowl. Remove muffins from pan and brush generously all over with butter. Roll in sugar mixture, pressing lightly to coat. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
