INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix glue and baking soda in medium glass bowl until well blended. Stir in water, food colors, extract and glitter until well blended.
  • 2 Stir in contact solution, 1 teaspoon at a time, until mixture becomes difficult to stir and is no longer sticky. (If necessary, add more contact solution until desired texture and consistency is reached.)
  • 3 Knead slime mixture in hands until you form a ball that is slightly wet but does not stick to hands. (Slime is ready to use when you can touch the slime and pull your finger away without anything sticking to it.)
  • 4 To make carrot-shaped slime for sharing, package slime in small cone-shaped treat bags, being careful not to overfill. Twist tops of bags to close and tie with green ribbon. Store slime in an airtight container when not using.
  • 5 Test Kitchen Tip: Don’t have cone-shaped treat bags? Make your own! Fold in the bottom corners of small rectangular treat bags to create a point, securing with clear tape. (You can even use sandwich-size resealable plastic bags!)
