Recreate a pot-sticker inspired stir-fry dish easily with Simply Asia® Udon Noodles. Combine noodles with ground pork and the bold flavors of ginger, garlic and red pepper to create a satisfying Asian meal.
COOK noodles as directed on package. Drain. Set aside.
HEAT oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant. Add ground pork; cook and stir until no longer pink. Drain fat.
STIR in stock, soy sauce, garlic powder and crushed red pepper. Bring to gentle boil. Add noodles and cabbage; cook and stir 5 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with green onions.
