- Preheat oven 400°F. Drain the tofu, then wrap the tofu in a few layers of paper towels. Place a heavy pot or something flat and heavy on top of the tofu and press for 10 minutes, checking halfway through to replace towel if soaked through.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch chunks. Place tofu in bowl and add oil; toss until well coated. Add corn starch, salt and pepper; toss until well coated. Spread tofu in a single layer on a large sheet pan covered with foil or parchment paper, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes or until tofu is firm and slightly golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup hot cooked rice into each of 4 serving bowls. Divide tofu and place over top of rice. Add your choice of toppings and drizzle with Creamy Sesame Drizzle Sauce to serve.

- Substitute chicken, pork or salmon, cut into 1-inch chunks for the tofu. Prepare as directed until cooked completely.
- Substitute your favorite cooked Asian noodles or salad mix for the cooked rice.
