  • 1 pouch Simply Asia® Korean BBQ Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced - Substitutesribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; stir-fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
  2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return steak to skillet.
  3. Stir in Sauce until well mixed and cook just until heated through.
    Test Kitchen Tips: Also great with chicken, pork or tofu. Serve over cooked rice or noodles and top with kimchi!
