  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Simply Asia® Spicy Hoisin Drizzle Sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups hot cooked white or brown rice
  • Optional Toppings: Sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, toasted sesame seeds, shelled edamame and chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp in medium bowl. Add Hoisin Drizzle Sauce, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 cup hot cooked rice into each of 6 serving bowls. Divide shrimp and place over top of rice. Add your choice of toppings and drizzle with additional Spicy Chili Hoisin Drizzle Sauce to serve.

Test Kitchen Tip:

  • Substitute chicken, pork or salmon, cut into 1-inch chunks for the shrimp. Prepare as directed until cooked completely.
  • Substitute cooked ramen noodles, lo mein noodles or rice noodles for the cooked rice.
