- PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place salmon, skin side down, on parchment-lined sheet pan. Set aside.
- MIX mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi in small bowl. Spread evenly over salmon. Sprinkle Furikake Seasoning evenly over mayonnaise mixture.
- BAKE 15 to 18 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with hot cooked white rice, if desired.
