  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup Simply Asia® Sweet Soy Drizzle Sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups hot cooked white or brown rice
  • Optional Toppings: Sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, toasted sesame seeds, shelled edamame and chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Place salmon in medium bowl. Add Soy Drizzle Sauce, tossing gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add salmon to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 cup hot cooked rice into each of 6 serving bowls. Divide salmon and place over top of rice. Add your choice of toppings and drizzle with additional Sweet Soy Drizzle Sauce to serve.
